How Geniwik began

Geniwik started with a simple thought: What if I actually tried writing a children's book?

As a software developer, I've always enjoyed figuring out how things work and exploring what technology makes possible. I'd also heard plenty of people talk about wanting to write a children's book someday, but few ever took that first step.

So I decided to give it a try.

One book became two. By the third, I'd learned how to handle the publishing process myself. And somewhere along the way, what started as a little experiment turned into a creative hobby I absolutely love.

Today, I write stories, develop characters, create illustrations using digital tools and AI with plenty of hands-on editing, and bring everything together into finished books.

Some parts are wonderfully fun. Others involve a surprising amount of troubleshooting! But there's something incredibly satisfying about watching an idea become a book someone can hold and enjoy.

I have stories I want to share, and these are the tools that help me bring them to life.

Every book has somewhere it can take you.
